We collect the following personal information for the purpose of handling inquiries, etc.

■ Purpose of collection and use of personal information
Our company utilizes collected personal information for the following purposes:
◇Implementation of contracts for service provisions and settlement of fees according to service provisions
    Providing content, Handling inquiries and complaints

■ Retention and use period of personal information.
In principle, the collected personal information will be destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. 
However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, the company will keep the member information for a certain period set forth in the relevant laws as follows.

- Retained Item: Name, Login ID, Payment records, Order information, Delivery information
- Basis of Retention: Prevention of service usage confusion
- Retention Period:  5 years as stipulated in the Commercial Act (If it is necessary to retain the users’ information under the provisions of relevant laws and regulations such as the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the company will retain the users’ information for a certain period of time as stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations.)  In this case, the company will use the information it retains only for the purpose of retention, and the retention period is as follows:

- Records related to contracts or subscription withdrawal, etc.: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records related to payment of fees and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
